The Company

Our client, Yamazaki Mazak, is a leading global manufacturing company based in Worcester. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a market leading Machine Tool manufacturer who have been at the forefront of the industry for many years.

365 Resourcing are the preferred supplier to Mazak.

This is a fixed term 12 month contract.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced, driven, dynamic, positive, and proactive individual, who will be able to work on their own projects and within the wider team to deliver the Marketing Strategy and help to shape the future of the business.

Job Description

• Support the requirements of the wider European Marketing Team.
• Develop complete marketing campaigns from concept to implementation.
• Produce creative content (including case studies, videos and SM/blog posts), develop and execute campaigns to support the content strategy.
• Manage, drive, or assist with the management of events, exhibitions and open houses (attendance will be required where relevant).
• Create lead-generating activities and track them through the CRM system.
• Sales support materials and tools development.
• Campaign analytics, marketing performance and ROI.
• Digital marketing and advertising (paid and owned).
• Internal communications.
• Competitor analysis and monitoring.
• Support all other activities of the Marketing Team.

Essential Criteria:

• Experienced and effective in managing external agencies.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English.
• Attention to detail to edit and proofread content effectively.
• Team player.
• Creative flair and ability to brainstorm ideas.
• Experience of digital marketing and websites.
• Proficient at organisation and administrative tasks.
• Proficiency in all areas of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

• Working hours – 08:15am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
  – Overtime is paid at Time 1/3 first 2 hours then Time 1/2 thereafter each day. Saturday is Time 1/2 and Sunday Double Time.
